TRANSFERRING TICKETS BETWEEN PRODUCTIONS Tickets may be transferred from one production to another with at least 24-hours advance notice.
LATECOMERS will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
CANCELLATION OF PERFORMANCES In the unlikely event a performance is cancelled, The Old Opera House will reschedule patrons to another performance of the same show and make every effort to contact patrons to advise them of the change. If we cannot reschedule, a refund will be offered.
LOST TICKETS Our Box Office will reprint lost tickets at no additional charge. Tickets will be kept at Will Call.
TICKETS REQUIRED FOR ALL PATRONS Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket and sit in a separate seat of their own. There is no lap sitting. Performances are not recommended for patrons under age 5. Fidgety or noisy children should be escorted to the lobby.
Please turn cell phones and electronic devices off. They can interfere with our sound system and are distracting to other patrons. Please enjoy the show device free
We provide an age rating for our shows. Not all shows are family friendly. To help you determine if the show is appropriate for children, teens, or any patron that is sensitive to adult language and themes; we post an age rating at the box office. If you have any questions on a show, please do not hesitate to ask.
Taking Videos or Photos (with or without flash) during any show is STRICTLY prohibited.
PET POLICY No pets are allowed in the theater. Service animals, specifically trained to aid a person with a disability, are welcome.
Mask Policy
Wearing a mask in the Old Opera House is optional. If you need to wear a mask for personal protection or if you simply feel more comfortable wearing a mask, we encourage you to do so. Masks are also available at the box office.
We will continue to ask you to follow the following guidelines
If you have a fever or have any Covid symptoms, please do not attend the show.
Whenever possible, please practice good social distancing
We will be adding one empty seat between all groups. If you need more to feel comfortable, please contact the OOH Box Office and we will do our best to accommodate this request.
This is also cold, flu, and allergy season, so routine precautions like washing your hands regularly, and covering your mouth and nose when you sneeze (or sneezing into your elbow) are also good practice and common courtesy.
Thank you!!
